Further General Information Age 44yrs 6months at time of enlistment but listed 1917 as 48 yrs. 5ft 6in - 146 lbs - fresh complexion - Brown eyes - Black Hair - Religion C of E Next of Kin - Miss J M Baldwin c/o Miss McBride, Sportsmans Creek, Lawrence - Clarence River NSW I could find no birth of J M Baldwin in Australia but since New Zealand was mentioned in records I search and found: Jessie Mary Baldwin born 1901 father Charles William Baldwin, mother Margaret Fraser, a son Charles William was also born 1903 to this couple. I also found the marriage of Charles William Baldwin 32 yrs to Margaret Fraser in New Zealand in 1901. Since it was stated in records that Charles was widowed I search for a death of Margaret Baldwin and found 1 that died 1906 aged 24 yrs also in New Zealand. I have no confirmation that this info is true to this Charles William Baldwin but thought by at least mentioning this information I might attract a relative who can confirm or deny it.
