Chronicle of 18 Feb 1916 - "Maroochy River. We have been asked to let it be known that Thomas James Allen (Maroochy River) was discharged from Enoggera Camp in consequence of being medically unfit for service at the front."

Discharged 29 May 1917 after 98 days service.
