Albert is my great uncle. His father OH Youngman was one of the founding fathers and I believe the first operation club president. As Albert left for the war before the club was established and died on the Western Front he never had the opportunity to join his father and brother in the club. I have visited Albert's grave at Puchvillers British Cemetery in Franceand with permission of the Maroochydore Surf Club I have draped a club cap over his tombstone. It is referred to as "The cap he was denied." I have a picture if desired but cannot see how to attach it using this sysstem.

My mother's sister my  aunty Kath sent my sister an article courtesy of the Heritage Library, Sunshine Coast Council which featured the Youngman family.
