Bernard was 24 years and 7 months old at enlistment. He was 5ft 7ins tall and had a fair complexion. He had light brown hair and blue eyes. He was single and of the Church of England faith.
His Father, Reverend Francis Lochee Nash, lived at Lane End Vicarage, High Wickombe, Bucks, England.
Bernard was gassed in France in October 1917.
Bernard`s brother, Francis Henry Nash, MC, Captain, 9th Batallion, North Staffordshire Regiment,is also on the Nambour Scroll and Maroochy Shire War Dead at Quota Park. He was killed in WW1 and never lived in Australia; was obviously added to this board by his family.
